I've had over a decade of public experience and peer support experience, helping to normalize talking about childhood trauma, domestic violence, obesity, and addiction.
Trauma-informed care is essential in the workplace, schools, and homes. My passion for education put me in front of felons in the court system, medical teams, federal judge meetings, and presentations in prisons and communities all over Oregon and Washington.
I am honored to help people understand it's okay to talk about hard topics in the open.
Childhood trauma, abuse, addiction, obesity, and domestic violence, have a very real effect on individuals and their communities. Learn how to start hard conversations with people to help support their journeys. I will share triumphant stories of lived experience and bring all of the wisdom, words, and bravery from dozens of fabulous Survivors I have worked with over the years.
My dream is to take this conversation into the light and create safe spaces in work environments, homes, and schools where survivors are understood and trauma-informed care is strong, and Survivors feel confident enough to speak up when they need support. Let's learn from each other.
